Collection: Wallace Sewell Lambswool Scarves

Introducing British designed and manufactured merino wall scarves by Wallace Sewell to combat the upcoming winter days.

Founded by Harriet Wallace-Jones and Emma Sewell, who established the studio after graduating from the Royal College of Art. Their merino lambswool supplier has a policy to only buy 100% non-mulesed wool.

They operate from locations in London and Dorset and are known for pioneering excellence and originality in woven products.

One of the key aspects of Wallace Sewell's work is their ability to combine innovation with practical solutions. They are recognized for their use of colour, structure, and yarn in unique geometric formats. Their designs are often inspired by paintings and feature contemporary fabrics with bold and asymmetric blocks and stripes of varying scales. This approach allows them to bring together multiple elements within a single piece, resulting in visually striking and distinctive textiles.

The studio seamlessly fuses traditional craftsmanship with modern production, proudly upholding its commitment to manufacturing exclusively in the British Isles.

Strong and proud champions of British design and manufacturing, Wallace Sewell has always had a thoughtful and meticulous approach to production. New ideas are created on handlooms at their studios in London and Dorset which are then woven industrially at a family-run UK textile mill in Lancashire - the perfect fusion of modern design and traditional technique.
